We intend to make purchasing and returning products simple and easy and therefore all you need to do to start the refund process is click on the link at the bottom the page after reviewing the following terms.
We do not accept firearm returns.
In the case of failure to collect / receive a firearm from an FFL due to any reason a restocking fee of 20% will be charged / deducted from original transaction amount, and the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Please note, we require proof of purchase or an order number for all refund requests.
Please include your order number/proof of purchase with the products you wish to return in the original packaging.
All parts returned must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
Returns will be accepted within 35 days from the original date of receiving the order.
All returned items will undergo inspection and BUL Armory USA reserves the right to decline returns.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your request to be processed.
Any parts received for return that do not qualify for a refund will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
This includes, but is not limited to, items that are non-returnable, misused, and/or lacking proof of purchase.
If you qualify for a refund, a credit will be applied to your method of payment. Please allow up to seven business days from refund approval to see the credit.
